With these latest improvements, we’ve restructured the UI for a smoother experience, giving you more space to work and quicker access to the information you need.

Enhanced Feedback Sidebar

• Improved Layout: Most notably, the Feedback Sidebar now offers more space for all your tasks.
• Streamlined Tabs: We’ve combined the old “Overview” and “Sessions” tabs to eliminate the back-and-forth between them. Now you can easily find key information together in the "Details" tab.
• Report Information: The Reporter name and email have been moved out of the Metadata section, making it much easier to see who submitted the feedback.
• Comment Navigation: Comments and threads are no longer collapsed by default, making them easier to access and read.
• Quick Actions: Actions like “Share,” “Delete,” “Edit,” and “Follow” are now readily accessible in the sidebar, reducing unnecessary clicks when managing feedback.

New Feedback Modal

• Feedback Modal: Expand feedback with a single click and instantly view it in a new modal layout that offers a lot more space.
• Switch Layouts: Easily switch between layouts and view feedback in the way that works best for you.
